Isn't losing weight as expected even after following all the weight loss rules?

Then maybe there is a deficit in the effort or the right method is not being accepted.

  • It is important to pay attention to what is being eaten. If the weight loss is stable then the intake of food may be increasing. Awareness of food intake will give good results.

  • Avoid processed and refined foods as it disrupts the weight loss process.

  • Eat early at night. It is better not to eat heavy food and sweet food at night.

  • Lack of adequate sleep hinders the process of weight loss. Drinking water helps to lose weight.

    Drink a glass of water before meals to reduce calorie intake.

  • If you do not eat for a long time, then the risk of eating more at once increases and more calories are accumulated.

  • To reduce the amount of calories, eliminate refined grains and sweet drinks from the daily food list. However, do not skip eating at all.

  • Must eat carefully to lose weight. Inattention to eating hinders the process of weight loss.

Every person is different so the method of weight loss is also different for everyone. So choose the method that suits your needs.

A study published within the Journal of Metabolism found that 108 obese and overweight volunteers were divided into two groups and allowed to consume an equivalent amount of calories.

The study found that those who ate more fruit were able to lose 48 percent more weight than those who ate less fruit.

The fruit does not just contain fructose. It is rich in high fiber and magnesium, which is sweet for the body as an entire .

It helps to use insulin most effectively. The resulting fructose doesn't raise blood glucose like other foods.

So it's better to eat more fruits to regulate weight.

I just don't watch my weight anymore. I'm used having a big tummy now, 😅. And fruits here is really expensive, but exercising is the best solution for the weight loss.
