Prolonged and comfortable sleep:

If you do not get enough sleep, it affects the skin. Swelling around the eyes, dirty skin, dark circles around the eyes, wrinkles and fatigue are symptoms of insufficient sleep.

Insomnia occurs due to increased stress. So it is necessary to ensure at least seven hours of sleep per night.

Exercise regularly:

Get in the habit of exercising for 45 minutes three days a week. This will maintain the youth and radiance of the skin. There is no need to worry too much for this. You just have to be patient with the rules.

The results will be visible in a few days. Do 10 minutes of facial exercises every day to keep the mouth, neck and jaw and cheeks taut.

Protection from sunlight:

The body should not be exposed to sunlight in any way without covering it. If you go out for a short time, try to stay in the shade.

Keep yourself away from sunlight using an umbrella, scarf or hat. The sun's ultraviolet rays cause the skin to age faster. It also causes burns, thinning of the skin and loss of collagen.

So protect yourself from sunlight as much as possible.

Moisture protection:

There is no substitute for keeping yourself moist to keep the skin healthy and beautiful.

So, drink water from time to time. Add cucumber, tomato, cauliflower, grapes and watermelon to increase the amount of water in the food. Moisture helps to retain the softness of the skin.

Reduce stress:

Stress increases the secretion of the hormone cortisol, which makes the skin dry, wrinkled and dull.

So take the time out one day to get everything done easily and take care of yourself mentally.

Daily skin care:

Not going out every day does not mean that the skin is protected. Daily skin care should be taken even if you are at home.

Ways to take natural care of the skin:

  • Remove dead skin cells by scrubbing twice a week with home remedies like salt, sugar, honey and coconut oil.

  • Cut the grapes into two pieces and massage it on the skin. The skin will become clear.

  • Keep eye cream in the refrigerator before using it. Cold eye cream relieves eye fatigue.

  • Facial masks work very well when the pores are exposed. Apply papaya mask on the face during bath and wait for five minutes, the skin will be fresh. As well as Moisturize the skin as well as sunblock.

  • In a spray bottle pour 200 ml of one table spoon with C-salt. Mix water and eight drops of lavender oil. Shake the pot well and spray it on wet hair and let it dry naturally. This will help the hair to look naturally thick and wavy.

  • Use green tea and shea butter cream for hair styling, hair will be protected.

Use ‘Mayo Mask’ to straighten hair:

Take half a cup of mayonnaise and apply it on wet hair from head to toe and wait for 15 minutes. Then use shampoo and conditioner in the usual way.

Natural ingredients in hair and skin care:

The use of cosmetic products often has the potential for side effects.

However, it goes without saying that there is no such possibility in skin and hair care with natural ingredients.

Turmeric:

Turmeric is rich in very strong antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients. It helps to brighten the skin, removes impurities from the skin.

Make a mask by mixing turmeric, honey and milk and apply it on the face. The natural extract of turmeric keeps the skin healthy and bright.

Lemon juice:

It is important to have vitamin C in your diet to build immunity. In addition to protecting against cold cough, vitamin C also protects the skin.

Rice water:

The use of rice water for beauty is quite ancient. This method is quite common in Japan. It contains ‘Inositol’ which eliminates hair loss.

The hair is usually washed with rice water. It helps to strengthen the hair.

Also, rice water works excellently to solve the problem of hair splitting, weakening, thinning etc.
