At the end of the day, the only destination for people is the bed. But you need to know Which position is perfect  or scientific to sleep?

how to relax the tired body in bed, how you to go back to work the next morning with the jolly mind.

Many persons feel pain in their neck or waist after getting up from sleep in the morning or  Some people feel numb too.

But  most of us don't know that our sleep habits are responsible for those.

Here I share some of tips to avoid those difficulties.

To avoid neck pain:

The best position for sleeping for those who suffer from neck or waist pain is to lie  on either side.

But remember that you have to place your neck on pillow. It is seen that many people keep only their head on their pillow.

As a result, the muscles and ligaments of the neck become tense and there is pain in the neck due to staying like this for a long time.

So if you want to avoid this pain, you have to keep your pillow under your neck.

Not too high, not too low. But if you want to sleep on your back, you must put a pillow under your feet.

If you have Sniff problem:

If you have sniff problem, you have to take advice to fix your sleeping position.
For example, If you sniff a little bit, then you have to lie on your back.

On the other hand, Again, if you have a problem with excessive sniffing then you have to lie down on your side.

But remember never sleep on your back or on your belly. This can block your Breathing.

If you have Gastric or peptic ulcer:

If you have Gastric or peptic ulcer, especially If your stomach burns or heart burns after eating, it is better for you to sleep on their left side.

Because of sleeping on the right side it releases more acid. Even if you sleep on your back or upside down, your gastric problem  increases.

it is additionally said here that many people cannot sleep on an empty stomach. As well as   if you go to bed after a full meal, you may have difficulty sleeping.

So If you can, eat your dinner about four hours before bedtime And avoid heavy greasy foods or sugary foods. By doing this, you can avoid your Gastric or peptic ulcer.

How do you sleep when you are pregnant:

The whole period of childbearing is a very sensitive time for a woman. During this time, the abdomen gradually becomes larger, so it is difficult to breathe during sleep. If you face any problem with sleeping during pregnancy, you should take advice from a doctor.

But the best way  during pregnancy is to lie on your left side. This facilitates blood circulation, which is important for both the baby and the mother.

In this case, you have to give a pillow under both knees. In the same way, you have to keep the alignment of the spine with a pillow under the abdomen.

As well as you have to be careful about turning back and forth. many woman go back and forth to find their most comfort zone while their pregnancy. But it puts undue pressure on the bones and bone joints. Doing so may inadvertently cause problems with blood circulation, sleep disturbances, and even increased back pain.

Not only sleeping position but also proper bedding is also very important:

Sleep in a hard bed  As well as lie on hard floors to reduce pain is  a wrong idea. it is not right. We have to remember that our bed must be comfortable to sleep. It is Not too soft or too hard.

It is important to keep bed sheets, pillows and mattresses clean. It should be disinfected with occasional hot sun.

How will the environment in your bedroom?

Our bedroom should be a place to sleep, nothing else. A house that is dark, not overheated, not stuffed with things, where there is no equipment or anything that diverts attention.

You have to try to stay away from TV-smartphone one hour before bedtime. The blue light emitted from these does not allow your brain to sleep. As well as

If you have habit to hearing something on the radio before sleep, you can use the sleep timer so that it shuts off at a certain time.
