How much do you know about your rights?

As a human being,by born we are entitled with some of the rights. But it is a great regret that,we don't know what rights do we possess.

That's why if any of our rights are violated we can't say anything. We can't protest against these odds, because we are simply unaware about our rights.

So my article is starting with the question that how much do you know about your rights?

Do you know as a human being,you are bestowed with some rights. Wherever you are you will enjoy these rights.

My article is based on the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Let's see what are the rights you will enjoy as a human being.

Right as a human being

Every single human being no matter what gender, race, colour or country he/she belongs to has the right of equal dignity and honour.

We should not distinguish between colour,gender or race when judging a human being. To be honest,let's not keep hate among us to a particular people. Because a man is born equal.

It's his right to enjoy the same world you are enjoying and it is ensured in the UN's universal declaration of Human rights.

As I have said previously, a man is born equal. He/ she should not be evaluated by gender,race,colour, geography and political boundary.

The minority people will have the same right of education. These peoples are the same people like you and me.

They are minority people and that doesn't mean you'll deprive themselves from human rights. They will enjoy the same rights instead of their identity.

Right to enjoy freedom

Every human being has a right to be free,to enjoy their life any means and to protect themselves from any kind of danger.

Right against slavery

Nobody has the right to force themselves to do anything . Nobody has the right to make someone slave or interfere. You,as a human being have the right to enjoy your life.

• There is no right to make someone a slave forever. Every slavery system and human trafficking is banned.

You have the right to raise your voice against all those slavery system.

Rights against protect themselves physical abuse

Nobody can't torture you or being violent ,cruel against you. That is also ensured in your rights and nobody can't give you punishment without any reasons.

• You have the right to raise your voice against these odds. If you experience this kind of acts, don't be silent. United Nations declaration of Human rights ensured your rights.

Right to get proper justice

In the eyes of judgement,all the people are equal. Nobody is inferior or nobody is superior. All the people are same and also all the people instead of their identity,will get the same protection from law and justice. In front of the court, everybody should be treated as the same human being.

Right of basic necessities

From our birth,we enjoy some of the basic rights such as food, shelter,medical, education etc.

• If you see any of your basic rights are violated, you'll have the right to seek justice. Every people will have the same right.

Right to get justice from neutral,open and independent court

Anyone doesn't have the right to apprehend or arrest someone without any reason or forcefully.

• If someone charges you for any offense, you will have the right to get justice from a neutral, open and independent court.

Right to claim yourself clean until proven guilty

You can't claim somebody a "criminal" without proper proofs or without the courts order. Only he's proven guilty,then he is a criminal.

• You can't blame anyone for the deeds he hadn't done. It's his right to claim himself clean.

Right to protect privacy

Every human being has the right to protect privacy. You have the right to protect your privacy, your household items, your personal information.

• If someone interferes with these things then he/she clearly violated the human rights protocol. Then you'll have the right to seek justice against these things.

Right of movement

You'll have the right to go anywhere inside your country. You can live anywhere in your country independently.

• You can leave your homeland or any country anytime and come back there anytime. It is also ensured in the UN's universal declaration of human rights.

Right to seek asylum

• To protect yourself from any kind of torture, you'll have the right to seek asylum.

Right to get a nationality

Everyone has the right to get a nationality or national identity. That means if you born in Japan,you are Japanese by born.

• Nobody can't keep you out from your national identity.

Right to marry someone

You'll also have the right of marry someone. This will be conducted according to the couples choice.

• Nobody can't force you to marry someone else. These should be done only when two marrying people come into an agreement.

Right to enjoy property

Everyone has the right to enjoy a property. If he/she is wealthy enough , he/she can buy property.

• Nobody can't keep you out from your property. That's a clear violation of human rights.

Right of religion and freedom of thought

Every one has the right of religion, conscience and freedom of thought. If you follow a certain religion,no body can't force you to change your religion or change your thoughts.

• That's means you'll have the right to choose a religion of your own. Nobody can't interfere you.

Right of expression

• Everyone has the right to speak and to express their thoughts.Nobody can't keep your mouth shut forever.

Right to ensure social security

• Everyone is entitled to enjoy social security. That means you'll get the same social,economical and cultural rights as everyone does.

Right to enjoy retirement

• Everyone has the right to enjoy retirement and relaxation.You have the same right too.

Right of education

• Every single human being also possess to have a quality education.
