Death penalty or Not?

Well, i guess you are wondering if this is a valid argument topic but from a stand point of a victim of degrading and the violence against human rights it is clearly mean that i truely support the approvation of the death penalty.

Study shows that 10 out of 30 people would approve the law if its signed but the debates over the last decade thickens and almost lowering the approval of said law.

As a matter of fact a huge number of people are petitioning for Hammurabi's code or an eye for an eye, it is said that if a convicted suspect are proven guilty of something they should repent by suffering what their victim's suffered. for example the suspect cut off the victim's limbs then the law would initiate that the suspect would be sentenced and face the penalty which is to cut his/her limbs too.

It might seems inhumane but thinking about what are the things our ancestors do to make the society less voilent and toxic, We're sure that they clearly have done rational decisions for the better but we need a law that separates us from animals.

It has been an debatable topic and my views also swing between yes and no depending on the nature of crime. But the bias is towards no death penalty.

i also think the context is really important but i think in our society only the poor will suffer this penalties.

That too is correct that the poor are the main sufferer in it. And I dont know about your country but here Judiciary is also corrupt.

I'm still on a 50-50 on my views of approving tge death penalty because there could still be reformation somewhere in the minds of the convicts but then if the mental capacity is too far gone to be corrected then i wouod see no other choice
