How I made 5000dollars on drawings I started with just a paper and a pen in drawing nice art works to earn a living ,I love being creative especially my skills on imaginary drawings.... However theres more to art than just drawing it takes alot time ,focus ,imagination ,calculation, commitment and funds too. Art goes in with an inspiring song ,so to say music being played while drawing..I made a very beautiful drawing and everyone who saw it loved it ,I had many offers ,its was so shocking that I wasn't willing to sell that particular one just when I was looking out for the highest bidder .I got a call from s client of mind he was willing to give me 5k dollars I was so happy... Well art is life ,there's no better way to describe it....so I qout....we're only pencils in the hands of the creator... Sticks and stones may break my bones but what won't kill you will make you stronger....cheers

My thoughts a heart full of purity is a fine instrument to be honest, though a young promising mind is a empty pocket, if the mind is filled with insecurity our behaviour turns toxic, that it go's into apocalyptic state of psychosis, our psychotic nature is like a nostalgic mixture of alcoholics and narcotics, we become in our behaviour antagonistic, if society is no longer seen for us economic, in fact we feel no longer compatible, so we act irrational, then attack each other for no particular reason than just act powerful, but if somebody wound say to you quite your chit chatter, i'm not goner put you on a platter, i don't wanna hear you babble, blather and ramble, instead why don't you set a example, would you do something spontaneous and radical, forget the idea of being shameless, do something practical, continuously in this world, you have to contribute to identifiabley be known, because it's a process with attributes, it's therotectily slow, is it hard to digest apparently so, but still ignorance is bliss, while our arrogance shows, we are off balance treading on toes, says those who are challenged and exposed, this is because your optimism is to time consuming for a narcissist, so what better way is there to impair your vision if your an artist, but for me fuck it, i can't be imprisoned by any negativity these assholes will harness, that will only manipulate my opinion if i'm fed with this garbage, so no i won't allow it, cause asking me that is like expecting me to participate in the government carnage, i'm a republican of my own law without political agenda they put on people they target, look that's just me, i'll stand defiant, the enemy to me is those who glamorizes violence

314 WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE SNACK? The three major meals of the day are breakfast, dinner and lunch and we know that breakfast is the most important and dinner should be eaten in small quantities but then there is another type of food we take in between meals that we call snacks. Snacks are supposed to be eaten in between meals but some people have made snacks their main meal. They eat snacks morning, afternoon and evening and then complain that their waistline is becoming too big. It's not your fault really. These little foods called snacks are always well packaged, looking so attractive and taste so yummy that you can't resist a bite. Why do they have to be so sweet like seriously? Some snacks are healthy while there are also some that are very unhealthy. Some snacks are unhealthy not because they contain lots of calories but in form of binge eating which can be avoided by self discipline or choosing healthier options. The healthy snacks are usually gluten free, low in calorie, sugar but proteinous. I am not here to talk about types of snacks but I'd love to know what ranks are your most favourite snack. What is that snack you can't say no to once offered?

LET'S TALK ABOUT BREAKFAST! we were created in such a way that it knows the right time to eat. We have different times of the day when our appetites peaks and when it is the lowest. For me, my hunger pangs are high mostly in the evening ,However, there are some mornings I wake up feeling very ravenous just like this morning. Some people say this happens when you eat a lot before going to bed or when you eat late but I would think that eating very little dinner or skipping dinner altogether should make one wake up with a growling stomach since the body wasn't given enough food the night before. I hope the doctors in the house explains this. Each morning I wake up this way, all I want to do is eat breakfast and with how hungry I am I might end up eating too much and end up sleeping at work. There are just too many rules when it comes to breakfast. So, I got to the office and immediately I was settled, I brought out my food and started eating only for my colleague to scream, "isn't it too early?"Like seriously? Is there a perfect time to eat breakfast? What time do you eat breakfast?How much is too much for breakfast and what meal is best for breakfast?

Back pain Hi friends Everyone who experiences back pain has a unique story and various triggers that causes it. Not all back pain is alike and there's no single treatment that works for everyone. As a nurse, one of the shift I dislike most is night shift. Losing the comfort of my bed, walking and working through the night is worrisome (especially a busy night shift). After a long while of doing night shift, I was placed on night in a labour ward. Anyone conversant with labor ward knows that it's not a sitting centre. It's a centre for standing, bending, walking and shouting sef (madam push na) And as the enthusiastic student that I am, I was the one monitoring the labour, catching and cleaning the babies. The first night, we had about 4 deliveries, subsequent night was reduced but after the 4 days night shift, the back pain I experienced was very unpleasant. Back pain is a very common ailment that affects 8 in 10 people at some point in their lives At one point or another, you might have experienced back pain due to injuries, stress, excess workload or pregnancy. How can your posture help in reducing and treating back pain? Let's discuss; Your back has an important job in supporting the weight of the upper part of your body. A correct posture is a very important way of of keeping the back healthy and I'm the right alignment. A poor posture causes strain in the muscles of your back. CORRECT STANDING POSITION 1. Stand straight and tall with your feet slightly apart 2. Let your arms hang naturally by your sides and your shoulder pulled backward 3. Bend your knees slightly and tuck in your belly 4. When standing for long hours, raise one foot on a footrest 5. Bear the weight of your body on the balls of your feet CORRECT SITTING POSITION 1. Sit with your back straight. Your buttocks should touch the back of the chair (you can place a pillow or rolled towel to support your back). Applicable when driving or typing 2. Keep your feet flat of the floor or footrest 3. Bend your knees at right angle 4. Rest your elbows or arms on the chair or desk 5. Avoid sitting in a position for more than 30 minutes 6. At work, adjust your chair height and work space to a comfortable height SLEEPING POSITION 1. Use a firm mattress that is comfortable for you 2. Sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs 3. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees 4. Sleep on your stomach with or without a pillow under your head. This is however not advisable if you have neck pain 5. Avoid using big pillows WHEN LIFTING 1. Bend your knees rather than your waist to lift objects 2. Keep your feet apart and your back straight 7 Ways of Relieving Back Pain At Home 1. Wrap an ice pack in thin towel and place in your back for 15 minutes. You can alternate with heat (towel dipped in hot water) after 48 hours 2. Apply balm and have a massage 3. Reduce stress, have enough rest and avoid activities that caus4s pain 4. Take a walk or jog if you're sitting or standing for more than 30 minutes 5. Use diet and exercise to maintain a healthy weight 6. Wear low heels rather than high heels 7. Use pain relief meds and see your doctor for further care. #yourhealthmatters
