Taking food

For the proper function of our organs, a certain order and accuracy when taking meals is necessary. The interval between meals should be equal so that the stomach and all organs involved in the digestive process are evenly loaded. In addition, the feeling of hunger before lunch occurs rhythmically, and if this rhythm is disturbed, the desire to eat is lost, and the digestive juices are secreted less.

As for the number of meals and the size of each meal, it primarily depends on the working hours and needs of the organism. In our country, the habit of eating three times a day is ingrained, although it is better for meals to be smaller and more frequent.

The ratio of the strength of individual meals in our country is also very irrational: lunch is the strongest, dinner a little weaker, and breakfast the weakest, while it is logically and biologically justified for the body to get the most energy during the strongest activity, ie before noon. Therefore, if the daily requirement of a certain organism is 2,500 calories, then breakfast and lunch should contain 2/5 of the total caloric value of food, ie 1,000 calories, and dinner only 1/5, or 500 calories. So a good breakfast should provide us with the energy we need to work, and a good lunch should make up for the energy we lose during work.

In terms of the evening meal, one should be more moderate, because a strained stomach disturbs sleep. It is a harmful habit to eat once a day or to skip breakfast, which is a common occurrence for many people. Due to the disorder in eating, the body's ability to use food is reduced.
