It's necessary:

* 2 dl of water,

* 1 teaspoon honey,

* 150g of coconut butter,

* 100g dark chocolate with orange flavor,

* 400g of roasted almonds (can also replace any nuts),

* protein (chocolate cream without added sugar and milk)

How to make homemade proteinel:

* 5 dl hazelnuts,

* 3/4 dl cocoa,

* 1/2 dl of coconut oil.

Toast the hazelnuts at 180 degrees for ten minutes, then put everything in a blender and cool ... You can also add 1 dl of coconut sugar. Turn the oven to 180 degrees and bake the almonds for ten minutes. Pour water, chocolate, butter and a spoonful of honey into the sieve to boil. And as some say that honey may not need to be thermally processed, you can also put a spoonful of agave. Remove from the heat and add 300 grams of ground roasted almonds and mix well (leave the remaining 100g aside). Leave the mixture to cool, then put it in the fridge to harden well. When the mixture is well tightened, take out the mixture with a tablespoon, then make balls and then dig out the middle with your finger to get the shape of a nest. Roll the nests in the remaining 100g of ground roasted almonds (I left these 100g coarser ground to make the taste more intense). Pour the proteinel into the cake syringe, then fill the nests and leave them in the fridge to cool well.

Pleasant people and write me your impressions!
