In fact, we should not judge a man by his actions, dress or speech because there really are masculine women and feminine men. They deserve to be punished. So, God strictly commands it because having sex with your fellow man or woman is a sin that is unclean.
Do they have a part in salvation?

You can be gay and lesbian as long as you do not think and act lustfully or immorally.
Does the Bible allow for same-sex marriage and same-sex relationships?
1 Corinthians 11:11: "Nevertheless, in the eyes of the Lord, the woman needed the man, and the man also needed the woman."
