Sometimes it feels good to be a man, when stress is just the right game. It is okay to drink alcohol when you have the opportunity. Proper walk out. Proper sleep. But it is different for a woman to take the stress that sometimes leads to depression. Imagine they're dealing that pain while nursing or taking care of their children. Others struggle with depression while doing some of their big responsibilities. They are able to endure while caring for a child, family, job or business. Imagine, those people who have no other stress outlet. Then another pandemic. Then sometimes you seek help or attention but are often rejected. It's nice to drink, run away, soak in a movie or games in case you're a mother, that's not possible. PPD then accompanied by another cause of stress, then you feel nine-neglect and take for granted. THE FEELING OF PPD IS A BACK FIGHTER , sometimes you are ok. It's just you. Out of tiredness or wakefulness or sudden intense anger towards one thing, you will suddenly feel it again. Then you will cry as if you feel so miserable. Then the next day when you are on duty again with kids or other things you seem to be ok again. So when others see, ah ok na ok naman pala (they thought) .You laugh hard but no one knows how you bursts those buckets of tears when you are alone awake at night. They saw your posts that look like life is perfect, but they do not know how you hide and ignore those fears and having some difficulties on many things you've been dealing with lately. Sweet words are nice but sometimes you really feel better in actual care. Pat on the back, hug, correct your emotions, letting you rest without worry, will help you voluntarily. But of course you do not demand, you just wait for someone to feel.

PS. Forgive those who are ranting on socmed (maybe because they don't have another outlet, or they feel better there)
