Personality It is the characteristic sets of behaviors, cognition , and emotional patterns that evolve from biological and environmental factors.
1 Personality w.r.t Behavioral Perspective of Psychology Behavioral perspective of psychology defines how environmental factors affect observable behavior. Behaviorism shows how the environment shapes human behavior. According to this perspective, my personality is also affected by the outer environment. Because I am too much adoptive means I adopted good things quickly. Also, I avoid going into a bad environment. For example, getting a new car will motivate me to graduate from high school. Achieving upper level status in society motivates me to do with full potential.
2 Personality w.r.t Cognitive Perspective of Psychology Cognitive psychology is the scientific study of mental processes such as attention, language use, memory, perception, problem-solving, creativity, and reasoning. According to this perspective, I think that I have a good personality. Mean I am good at thinking, reasoning, judging, mental imagination, and have a good problem-solving ability. For example, I listen to things with full attention. I can imagine things mentally. I can come out of the difficult situation with the help of thinking, reasoning, and judging.
3 Personality w.r.t Psychodynamics Perspective of Psychology psychodynamics psychology defines the influence of the unconscious mind and childhood experience on personality. For example, during childhood, I usually nail bite during tough times (anxious times). so, at present time this habit of nail-biting become part of my personality. Whenever I become anxious, I start nail-biting. Another example, in my childhood I always feel nervous during performing any tough time. that's why it become a part of my personality. So, at present, I am feeling nervous during performing any hard task. This is only due to the psychodynamic effect.
4 personality w.r.t Neuroscience/ biological perspective of Psychology Neuroscience/ biological perspective of psychology says that how our brain and biological parameters influence our psychology, behavior, feelings, and thinking process. For example, my parents think too much even about little things. So this habit is also genetically transferred to me from my parents. That's why this habit personality.so I think too much about taking every decision. The second example is, that my parents, eat less so this habit is also biologically transferred to me and becomes a part of my personality. so this is a good example of how neuroscience affects personality.
5 personality w.r.t Humanistic perspective of psychology
Humanistic perspective of psychology emphasizes looking at the whole individual and stresses concepts such as free will, self efficacy, and self actualization. Humanism is a concept that stresses the importance of human factors rather than looking at religious, divine, or spiritual matters. According to Humanism, I have a good personality. Because I am self-actualized because I am self aware and have full selfesteem. Secondly, I am open-minded and accept new things. Thirdly I am loving and caring. Fourthly I am not easily paralyzed by others' opinions because I have a strong belief in myself.
In conclusion, I believe that I have a good personality with perspectives on psychology.
