Elon Musk made some new breakthroughs after officially buying Twitter. starting from charging fees to blue-tick accounts to planning to fire Twitter employees.

Reportedly, Musk will charge a fee of US $ 4.99 (Rs 77,600) per month to the blue tick account. Otherwise, they will lose the verification logo.

"The whole verification process is being changed right now," Musk said.

Later, verified Twitter users are given 90 days to subscribe, or their verification will be removed.

In addition, Musk also plans to lay off 25% of Twitter's employees. According to Reuters, Twitter currently has 7,000 employees. So, there are at least 2,000 employees who are in danger of being fired.
