Everyday, we come across different events and activities that either interests us, challenges us or push us to do even better than we use to. Sometimes we fall, other times we rise and give it our best. Some of these events gets us entangled with ourselves not being able to make a right decision, thinking straight and us having a clear head . And it makes us to wonder why our days are so Choked up.
Feeling swamped or better still doing the same thing over and over again with the same results might get us somewhere. However, it becomes an issue when we get cramped us as our feelings.

Focus on one thing at a time. if you try to do a thousand and one things at a time, you might end up doing nothing or rather achieving nothing but when you take it one step at a time you can actually achieve the thousand and one thing you plan to do... try and go out, eat go on dates , Enjoy ,live and love.
