Marshmallow is a candy or sweets that is made of sugar gelatin and water whipped to a squishy consistency How it is made? Cooking A solution is made from corn starch, water and sugar by boiling it. Sugar and gelatin is added then whipped into three times its consistency. Flavor is added. Forming The heated solution is put into a machine. Air is pumped then deposited into a container. Cornstarch is added to counter stickiness. Cooling After pillows are formed, they are sent to a colling drum. Packaging They are weighed and packed. But before that it passes thru metal detectors ao that no metal is in the marshmallow
