When I went to the office this week it was rough. Two of the management went to our location, people where shouting at each other, the boss of my boss got fired and the mood was kinda not that nice. I was sitting at my desk and was just thinking: "what is even happening right now...? 😢". My senior developer colleagues are pretty chill about this situation. They told me that I should relax and when I get fired I just create an account at business portals called "LikedIn" and "Xing" and get flooded with job offers by recruiters. They don't know how tough it is to find a job as a junior software developer these days... Things have changed.

I understand what you're feeling. If I'm in that situation, I would feel anxious because looking for jobs online are difficult even if you have the skills, credentials, and even a experience because most people who are successful in job hunting online are those who have established their image already. So, it's not difficult for them because they are known. Another example is from UpWork. You don't have to worry sending proposals because the clients will be the one to search for you, lol. In LinkedIn, you have to establish connection for you to be recognized. In conclusion, it's really tough to look for jobs even if it's online by yourself if you have no connection with anyone or someone who can at least refer you to. But don't lose hope.
Yes... That's true... 😔 Additional to that companies rather lay off software developers than hireing new ones at the moment. And the ones who hire want seniors with a lot of experience... 😔 I just hope that the company will keep me because I'm so cheap.
That's really terrifying.. everyone wants the pioneer no one wants to trust the younger ones. That's pretty terrible. They should keep you if you're charging them cheap. Just be optimistic, think about it when you will become a senior, you will also be in demand.
I hope so. I hope that in the future software developers still will be needed...
