Last I got mail from Quora...! A lady was asking a question, that why I feel depressed all time. So I got idea to write about depression because, now a days, I am also much depressed don't know what is reason. But, I tried to get out of it and got the reason behind it.

Sometimes, we all suffer from sadness, frustration and disgust. In general, these symptoms heal in a week or two and don't matter much in our lives. Sometimes this sadness begins for some reason and sometimes it starts for no reason. Generally, we fight this sadness on our own. Sometimes talking to friends only heals this sadness and does not require any treatment.

But depression is sense of sadness lasted for a long time and did not end. The intensity of sadness is so high that the day-to-day routines of life begin to be affected by it. The severity of depression is much deeper and more painful than the general sadness that we all feel from time to time. Its duration is also much higher than normal sadness and lasts for months. If you have at least four of these symptoms, it is likely that you are suffering from depression.

Be sad and depressed all the time or most of the time. Lack of interest in things and things that, I was interested in before. Feeling physical or mentally exhausted, feeling too tired. Not being able to pay attention to day-to-day tasks or things. To lose self-confidence. To keep blaming yourself for the small things of the past, to consider yourself worthless and useless. Despair of the future. Suicidal thoughts. Sleep loss and loss of appetite.

Some people may or may not have a particular cause of depression. Many people who are depressed and suffer from depression do not understand any reason for their sadness. Yet their depression sometimes becomes so severe that they need help and treatment.

It is common to be sad for some time after some painful events, such as the death, divorce, or job termination of a close loved one. For the next few weeks we keep thinking about it and talking about it. Then after some time we recognize this fact and return to our daily routine life. But some people do not get out of this sadness and suffer from depression.

If we are lonely, we don't have friends around us, we're stressed, or we're very physically tired, in which case the risk of developing depression increases.

Physically ill people are at an increased risk of developing depression. These diseases can also be life-threatening, such as cancer or blood pressure, or can be very long-lasting and painful, such as joint pain or respiratory diseases.

Depression can occur at any time, but some people are at risk of developing depression and more than people. This can be because of our personality and also childhood situations and experiences.

Sometimes it is not known whether a person has become depressed due to drinking alcohol or has started drinking more due to depression. People who drink too much alcohol are at a higher risk of committing suicide than the general public. Women are more likely to have depression than men. Depression is more frequent in some families. For example, if one of your parents has depression, you are at risk of developing depression and eight times more than people.

People who have severe depression also have fast seizures when they are overjoyed for no reason and are working more than normal. This rapid seizure is called meenia and the disease is called bipolar disorder. The rate of this disease is equal among men and women and is more in some families.

Solutions

Don't keep your emotional feelings a secret. If you heard any bad news, share it with someone close to you and also tell them how you feel from within. Often repeating, crying, and talking about grief in front of someone close to you lightens the burden of the heart.

Keep exercising something, even if it's just half an hour of daily walking. Exercise also improves the physical health of a person and sleep. Keep yourself busy with something, even if it's housework. This keeps a man's mind away from painful thoughts.

Eating a balanced diet is very important even if your heart doesn't want to eat food. Fresh fruits and vegetables benefit the most. In depression, people stop eating and eating, which leads to vitamin deficiency in the body and makes the health worse.

Some people think that drinking alcohol reduces the severity of their depression. In fact, drinking alcohol makes depression more intense. This may benefit for a few hours periodically, but later you will feel more depressed. Drinking too much alcohol further increases your problems, you can't get the right help and your physical health also starts deteriorating.

Don't worry about sleep not coming. If you can't sleep, still lying down comfortably watching TV or listening to the radio will give you peace.

Try to correct the cause of depression. If you think you know the reason for your depression, writing it down and considering how to solve it can help reduce depression. Keep reminding yourself that:More people have gone through the experience you are going through. One day or the other you will end your depression even if you don't feel like it right now.

In my very next article I would write about cure or treatment of depression, stay tuned! Thanks for reading!

Depression is more hard to bear than any physical pain. We look happy, but we don't feel happy; that's what depression does to us.
