Today I want to share u something about bath as it is an imp part of our daily lyf and all of us like to have a bath😌

After all the stress and tiredness we prefer to take bath most😍

Btw which type of water Cold/Hot is useful to us for bath we should know this☺

⭕Cold water:

  1. Keeps our skin good 🌹

  2. Reduces our tension 🤷‍♀

  3. Keeps our body fit🏃💃🚶

  4. Increase the metabolism rate of our body 💫💫

⭕Hot water

  1. Removes our tiredness 😍

  2. Reduces our headache💆💆

  3. Helps in relaxation of our muscles 💪💪

  4. Keeps our nose clear 👃👃

  5. Brightens our skin😱

Yeah its actually usefull If u bath in cold water it will reduce ur coldness And also it will make ur body adjustable with cold🥶
