Para el Evento del Territorio de Creadores N° 21 de Lords Mobile, quise hacer una ilustración con Wesley y Mónica enfrentados en el Coliseo, donde ella usara su ataque de fuego.
Mónica es una hechicera de fuego, mientras que Wesley es un Caballero guardian. Hay CGIs del juego donde se les ve pelear en conjunto para defender sus territorios y realmente hacen muy buen equipo.
Hasta el momento, no había intentado dibujar en estilo Anime a Mónica, así que me decidí a dibujarlos en forma de chibi. Para los que no conocen el término, los personajes chibi son caricaturización de los personajes, con ciertas características que los hacen fácilmente reconocibles: parecen niños, generalmente se dibuja sus cabezas más grandes que sus cuerpos y hay estilos donde se simplifican muchísimo los detalles, incluyendo manos y pies que sólo se sugieren sin mayores detalles. La idea es que luzcan gorditos y tiernos como si fueran bebés.
Intenté varias poses con Wesley, buscando la forma de exagerar su reacción de sorpresa ante el ataque para hacer chistosa y tierna la escena.
Quería dibujar a Mónica desde hace tiempo, así que me divertí mucho con esta ilustración.

For Lords Mobile Creator Turf Event #21, I wanted to do an illustration with Wesley and Monica facing off in the Colosseum, where she used her fire attack.
Monica is a fire sorceress, while Wesley is a Guardian Knight. There are CGIs of the game where you see them fighting together to defend their territories and they really make a very good team.
Until now, I hadn't tried to draw Monica in Anime style, so I decided to draw them in chibi form. For those who do not know the term, chibi characters are caricatures of the characters, with certain characteristics that make them easily recognizable: they look like children, their heads are generally drawn larger than their bodies, and there are styles where details are greatly simplified, including hands and feet that are only suggested without further details. The idea is that they look chubby and tender as if they were babies.
I tried various poses with Wesley, trying to find a way to exaggerate his shocked reaction to the attack to make the scene funny and cute.
I wanted to draw Monica for a long time, so I had a lot of fun with this illustration.
