What is suhoor?

what is suhoor ,by the name of it, it doesn't give any information also there is no translation for it, its an original word ,it means when the holy month of Ramadan comes indoors, the Muslims get up in dawn to have sohur, its a normal meal like every meal, they stop eating before the adan of fajr, from then they're not allowed to eat anything at all not even a drink of water until the adan of maghreb heard.
