Healthy  Foods, Exercises and essential things  for fitness and six pack

There is a proverb says “health is wealth”.  every man should follow the routine to for his good health  and to make six packs. Good health means soundness of body and  mind. it keeps one fit and free  from diseases. by observing certain rules, one can make six pack easily. some of certain and most important rules are given below-

·      to take a balanced diet

·      drink pure water

·      take regular exercises

·      and 6-8 hours sleep in a day

Now i am giving the description of the above rules.

To take a balanced diet: Balanced diet means healthy foods for our body and mind. usually we take heavy meals 3 times in a day.  in breakfast we should take- eggs, coffee, greek yougurt, chia seeds, berries, cottage cheese, whole wheat toast, mixded nuts, green tea, protein shakes, fruits etc.

egg, protein shakes, fruits and mixed nuts are very important to make a six pack . because it grows up male testorne hormone which is essential for six pack. you shuld take any of the above items.

in lunch you should take 100% wholw grain bread, fresh deli turkey of leftover chicken, plenty  of veggies such as leafy greens, tomatoes, onion and sliced bell peppers and you should also take a slice of avocado.

in dinnefr you should take balanced protein and some items such as- salmon, chicken, lentils, fish, caprese salad, tempeh etc.
