papaya and its benefits

Healthy Eating

Healthy eating involves eating nutritional foods. We can sum it up by eating a balanced diet.

Water, Vegetables, legumes/beans, fruits, grain foods, lean meat and poultry, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds, milk and other healthy foods provide the foundation of a balanced diet.

If we look at what we serve on their plates in today's world, many of the listed foods are missing, because we have grown special interest in Burgers, Shawarma and other junk food. As a result of our laziness and nonchalant attitude to nutritional consumption.

Health is wealth, a healthy diet is necessary for good health. Fruits for instance are of varieties, each with its own benefit. One of them is papaya popularly known as pawpaw.

Yess papaya is very nutritious. I've even tried the leaves as a liquid body soap along with my cousins. We used to do it everyday before but stopped afterwards because we got tired getting its extracts only with the use of mortar and pestle haha.

Well first, we wash the leaves then pound it to see the extract. After these, squeeze the extract in your arms or legs and use the pounded leaves for scrubbing. You can put some on the face but it can be itchy so it's your choice. After scrubbing all over the body, leave it for 3 minutes then wash. We do this for skin whitening but we're not that consistent that's why we haven't seen such effect. Our grandparents are the ones who told us about it. So if you want, you can try hehe.
