It is a well known saying that practice make a man perfect.We all might have listen this proverb but we didn't realized it actually.
If we realized this proverb and implements it on over daily life we can become perfect.
When a new baby born.After 3,4 years of his / her early child hood when he can't experience any thing he is compelled to go to school.In schools he is compelled to learn by reading , no no i would say by cramming.many times he does not know what he is reading , listening and speaking.
Teaching method are so old fashioned that they are unable to get the real sprit of children.A little child with hundred and thousands of wishes and thinking is compelled to learn English , Mathematics and other subjects.
He does not know ho to implement this knowledge and where it would be implemented?
After learning a few books now he is ready to get a job.He does not have time to experience any things. He had wasted his costly time and money also.In order to ful fill his financial needs he prefer to do a job no matter what type of it is.
I was on a job interview.I met a boy who was also called on interview.I chat with him for a little time.Then he is called in for interview.
After he come out i asked what type of questions were there in interview and how did you respond.
He told me that question was nothing special but about my life , my education , my family background and a few private questions.
In the last he was asked
Why do you want to join this job? His answer i think mostly more than 90 percent people if told correctly is the answer.
His answer was " Sir i am a single son of my parents.They brought me up and bear all the expenses on my daily life needs and education.Now as i got older i want to get a job to compensate this."
Examiner asked if you apply at any other jobs also.
He said i apply for a lot of jobs but i got selected in nothing.Thats why i am here for this job.
Mean he does not want this job or any particular job.He just want a job which can give him a small amount to live on.
This type of behavior killed the creativity of the people.
This not only killed the creativity but also people did not find any peace in the work as a result their output is always less than expected.
I want to quote
" If you judge a fish by his ability of flying the fish will get 0 point"
There must be some ways in which a every person must experience life in his own point of view.He must got a job he likes.
