Twitter introduced a new feature called "Fleets which are ephemeral tweets that disappear after 24 hours akin to Instagram Stories or Snapchat. Fleets allow users to share text photos or videos that vanish after a day.

Twitter added the ability to share voice recordings as tweets. Users can now record and tweet voice snippets of up to 140 seconds long enhancing the audio-visual experience on the platform.

Twitter introduced a "Topics" feature that allows users to follow specific subjects of interest. By following a topic users can see tweets from a variety of accounts related to that topic-based curation.

Twitter rolled out "Conversation Settings" to give users more control over who can reply to their tweets. Users can choose from three options: "Everyone "People you follow or "Only people you mention."
