Number of views and better visibility for older articles
Today we have started showing the number of views of the articles:
Behind the scenes we've also started tracking the number of views and clicks on the article. That should help us somewhat with determining which articles are interesting and which are not so much.
That should help us with the problem of "old, but still good" content.
The problem is that we are now closing to 500 published articles. Some of the older articles are pretty good, but aren't very visible due to the fact that we give prominence to the newest articles.
We'll change that and start mixing in some older interesting articles too (on the main page and topic pages, but not in the "new" or "top" sections).
Currently, we'll mark the older articles by highlighting the date.
Amazing, your team is making incredible progress!
