Mount Masaraga is a nice place especially if you want to have a break from the city life. A paradise near the city. A place where you can have an amazing view of Mayon Volcano. I went here together with my boyfriend and seven of my friends.
We had everything ready, foods, drinks, clothes, hammock, tents, warmers , tights, pajamas, hoodies and much more. From our city it's an hour and 30mins travel. On our way we also stopped by some wet market to buy tomatoes, onions and lots of chilli and lemon. We are planning to grill some fish for dinner. It was my first time here and my boyfriend's too. When we arrived we waited for our friends, they bought fish near the sea port in our place before going here. Our friend who's a mountain climber already booked a cottage on the campsite for those who will sleep on the hammock. Three of our friends have their tents set up so we have enough space for all of us to stay comfy for the night. We grilled fish for dinner, yes! And some brought pork adobo and some veggies. I brought some snack, bread, cookies, coffee and chocolates. I also have some dried marinated fish for our breakfast tomorrow. And guess what, we had a friend who just celebrated her birthday before that day we went camping. So she brought with her a lot of foods from the birthday party like maja blanca, spaghetti, pancit guisado, spicy chicken and pizza roll. My boyfriend cooked 3 kilos of rice. We have so much food on the table so it's like "Fiesta Climb". Fiesta is a filipino term for fiest. It was a really fun and relaxing camping. With the view of Mayon Volcano, fresh air, and very quiet place.
This is one of the best experience of my life and looking forward to more adventurees and more mountain to climb.
