Maintaining good and positive mental health is very pivotal in our day to day activities. Being in good frame of mind helps us to effectively deal with daily challenges and manage stressful situations.
So, what is mental health? Mental health has to do with our psychological, emotional and social well being. It refers to how we think, feel and react.
Positive mental health however, is one's ability to maintain the believe that he/she can change or transform a tough, challenging or difficult situation into something better.
HOW CAN WE MAINTAIN POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH?
1.Live a healthy lifestyle by eating well and engaging in regular exercise.
2. Be optimistic about the future.
3. Talk to people around you.
4. Don't give in to fear and anxiety.
5. Be open minded.
6. Share your challenges.
7. Ask for feedback.
8. Seek help when necessary.
9. Lastly, Work hard and smart.
