Hello friends!Today I am going to write about a good habit that is very important for us.And that is PHYSICAL EXERCISE.Actually our concentration on work almost depends on a healthy body and mind.So keeping both healthy,we must care of them.According to it,we can do Physical Exercise everyday.Now I am suggesting you about a much exercises those are very beneficial.

Push Up

Push is the best exercise ever.It is a full body exercise that increase you arm,chest,abdominal,shoulder,leg and back.It creates a strong muscle and make the body fit.There are 5 benefits of doing push ups.

1.Enhance blood circulation.

2.Develop Knockout Power And Athleticism.

3.Strengthen your whole body.

4.Burn Lose Weight and Calories.

5.Improve Your Posture.

You must do it regularly.Bacause it's very beneficial to our body.I always do it as I can do 15/20 Push ups at once.Hehehe

Bicycle Riding

Bicyle Riding is a another level of exercise that active our mind.Bicycle Riding also creates recreation on our mind.It brings amusement and liveliness in our mental health and make ourselves attentive.Usually when you go out on a bike you will have a rush like that.

You will also get an exercise because cycling improves blood circulation in the human body.It will help you to keep your body physically fit and keep your heart and organs fit.

If you observe many cyclists, you will find that they are mostly healthy because the sweat they generate through riding is very beneficial.It destroys pathogens in the body.

Pull Up

One of the exercises that are very beneficial for staying physically fit is pull up.This is usually an upper body exercise.Pull ups are very difficult exercises because they lift you up through your arms and shoulders.But it's very important exercise.It's called the king of all upper exercise.

Pull up is very important and effective exercise.It will boost testosterone levels.You must do it 3 times in a week to get a better result.

Jump Rope is very affective ever.It has a lot of benefits.I do it everyday in a week.Actually it enhance our cardiorespiratory fitness,build strong bones and muscles.It also helps us to increase our balance and coordination.

Basically it is very good exercise for belly fat.It helps you to reduce tighten abdominal and belly fat.By doing 30 minutes Jump Rope workout,you can expect to burn somewhere between 300-450 calories or more depending on your weight,throughout the course of a day.
