First of all I do not support diversity or class division in society.But as in Historical facts such things happened,so I just want to tell it with you.
Class-Division in Society : Before the advent of agriculture there was no existence of various classes in society it was an age BIRTH OF CHRIST of classless society. In that age all used to collect and consume food together. But in IRON AGE 1000 B.C. the period following the invention of agriculture, the former equality in the society ended; and inequality and class-distinction crept into the society. All the soils had not the same amount of productive power. It was very likely that a particular family might produce much more crops in the field than another. In this way the distinction between NEW STONE AGE the rich and poor families made its appearance. Inequality increased sharply in the metal age as it was not possible for everybody to collect better tools and implements made of copper and bronze.
The scholars assume that in the CopperBronze Age there was the existence of
Time-scale different classes in the society, e.g. the god-king and priests, who were rulers ; the nobles, the traders or businessmen, the artisans, the farmers and the slaves. Apart from the farmers all others used to live in towns. The slaves belonged to the lowest rung of the social ladder and considered to be the personal property of the slave owners
