Steps

Cook the rice with salt, pepper and seven spices with double the amount of water over low heat for 10-15 minutes

Cut the chicken into small pieces and remove the bones

Place the rice in a plate, then put the chicken pieces on it, then add some fried nuts to decorate

Half the chicken stock and pour it into bowls, then add minced garlic and lemon to it as desired. Serve the dish with two sahats
