For the Apple App Store, PUBG is in second place and on Google's Android Store at number ten. The game has often been accused of making players addicted to it, but the data shows that there is no action that Tencent will stop the game anytime soon.

Distributed by Tencent games from China, PUBG has gained a lot of popularity in many countries such as the United States. It also beat one of its most popular competitors, Fortnite, which took sixth place on the App Store.

All of this apart from an increase in QoQ income (quarter over quarter) of 110.7 percent. Additionally, PUBG saw peak revenue of USD 270 million in March 2020 at the same time that China lifted its lockdown status.
