Ingredients for 21cm shape with a hole in the middle:
4 whole eggs
1 cup sunflower oil
1 1/2 cup (250g) plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup sugar
Col 1 tablespoon baking powder
Roof:
3/4 cup crystal sugar
1/4 lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 180C. Sieve the dry: wheat flour, sugar and yeast together. Reserve.Beat the eggs, oil, yogurt, juice and lemon zest in the blender. Turn the blender mixture over dry and mix with a spoon until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Place in greased and floured form (or with mold release spray). Bake for 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Unmold when warm. Prepare the syrup just before putting it on top of the cake. Mix the crystal sugar with the lemon juice and cover the cake with this mixture.
