Ingredients for 3-5 people:

Frying:

1 red pepper cut cubes

1 green pepper cut cubes

2 cup pineapple (tin) cut into cubes

Place the marinade ingredients in the meat, stir and refrigerate for 2 hours. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce, leaving the water to put at the end. Reserve. Leave the pre-preparation of the sauté ingredients ready. Mix 1 cup of cornstarch in the meat in the refrigerator. Stir, leave for 5 min (it will moisten).

Place the rest of the cornstarch on a baking sheet. The oil must be hot. Dust some meat in the cornstarch, remove the excess and place in the frying pan for 5 min. Go frying and placing in a grill (or sieve) to drain the oil. (If you put it on the paper it won't be so crunchy).
