Ingredients for 3-5 people:
800g pork shank cut into 2cm x 2cm cubes
1 grated onion
2 teaspoons of grated garlic

Place the marinade ingredients in the meat, stir and refrigerate for 2 hours. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce, leaving the water to put at the end. Reserve. Leave the pre-preparation of the sauté ingredients ready. Mix 1 cup of cornstarch in the meat in the refrigerator. Stir, leave for 5 min (it will moisten).
