All the students are weak in English

There are many reasons for which many students in our country fail in English.That English is a foreign language is main reason.English is as if it were a language meant for a particular class of people.It is regarded as a sheer wastage of time.They begin to cram English as though they considered cramming is the only way to learn English.But had they been earnest in learning Englis, they would have learnt it easily.Moreover,they are not motivated properly.In addition,the textbooks are not written according to the need of learners.
