Materials:
10 pieces of chicken,
1 tablespoon of ginger paste,
1 teaspoon of garlic paste,
1/4 cup of soya sauce,
2 cardamoms,
2 Cinnamon,
2 tablespoons of coriander leaves,
1 cup of onion,
1/2 cup oil,
5 raw chillies,
1/2 cup of tomato sauce,
1/2 cup of water,
Salt as needed,
1 teaspoon of white sesame,
1 teaspoon of butter.
Method:
Boil the chicken pieces well with garlic paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, water and salt. Now take oil in another pot and fry cardamom, cinnamon and onion in it. When the onion turns brown, stir in the boiled meat pieces. Cover and simmer for five minutes.
After five minutes, open the lid and stir in the sauce, raw chilli and coriander leaves. Cover the pot again for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, put the white sesame seeds in a non-stick frying pan with a little butter on the fire.
After 3 to 4 seconds, pour the whole meat from the pot into the nonstick pan and fry for 1 minute.
Serve with Fried Rice Hot Sweet Chicken
