New Year,New Hopes,New Beginnings

Its 31st and last day of the year,commonly reffered as "New Year's Eve".Im sure in many countries New Year's eve is celebrated at evening parties,where people dance,eat,drink and watch or light fireworks.The celebrations generally go on past midnight into New Year's Day,1st January.

It is considered pretty important by many as it signifies the beginning.New year is not just about celebrations and resolutions;it is more than what meets the eye.It symbolizes motivation for many new beginnings.Another new 365 day journey begins with the New Year Eve being the first day.

If there's anything that we've learned in 2021,it's not to take our health for granted,in 2022,a renewed focus on our own lifestyle and priorities may be top of mind.Still there are already few strict restrictions going on due to increasing rate of Omicron patients almost in many countries.But still i somehow hope for better 2022.

Dec 31st signals the end of the old,the start of something new and gives us pause to reflect what we've done right and wrong in the past year.It's time for celebrating the changes and challenges we have overcome.It is also a celebration of survival.We as humans are hardwired to constantly navigate our way through life's choppy waters and on New Year's eve there's nothing better than toasting the fact that we have succesfully lived to the end of another year

New year is a time for reflection and thinking of change,so its unsurprising that making New year's resolutions remains as popular as ever.Whether we want to work,spend more time with family,or save more money,there is nothing like New year to focus our minds on how we can better ourselves.

Resolutions are also examples of the universal human desire to have some control over what lies ahead.The future is unsettingly unknowable so we dont know what we need to know to keep ourselves safe.To counter that worrisome powerlessness,we do things to take control.

Success doesnt happen Overnight

Lets's try to be positive and realistic.Set a plan,but be flexible in life gets in the way.We dont need to do it alone.The benefit of making a resolution at New year is that we'll have plenty of company when we are trying to make life changes.
