Invest in the wrong company without understanding Elon Musk's tweet
Elon Musk.
Tech City Content Counselor: Elon Musk is now making gold in whatever he puts his hand to. Ordinary people take what they say or do seriously.
The world's richest man just wrote on Twitter last Thursday, 'Use signal'. Many of the 42 million followers saw his tweets and opened accounts in the Signals app. However, stock market investors are wrong. Signal Advance confuses the company with the Signal app and invests in the wrong place.
Just three days after the tweet was posted, Signal Advance's share price rose from ০ 0.80 to ৮ 60.75. The company's capital rose from 8 million to 300 million. Signal Advance is actually a biotechnology company.
On the other hand, there is no such thing as a messaging app signal in the stock market. They also did not remain silent on the matter. "We understand that people are interested in buying shares of Signal," the tweet said. However, we are still a private company. The company whose shares you are buying is another company.
The encrypted messaging app Signal Messenger was launched in 2014. However, so far there has not been much discussion about the app.
Even before this, stock market investors made mistakes. During lockdown, many people invest in zoom technologies instead of investing in video communication app company Zoom. As a result, the Securities and Exchange Commission was temporarily forced to stop selling shares of Zoom Technologies.
