Every one know that fresh fruits are very good tasty n healthy they r big source of fiber vitamins and antioxidants.They r not only good but they help in wieght loss they r good for skin ur body make u fresh some people don't eat fruits maybe they r high in sugar some say they r not good have high carbs but I think they r good becoz they taste very good so eat fruits dialy n tell which fruit is your favorite in the comments 😉.so first thing is that when we eat any good fruit we feel satisfied after eating although they r low in calories n like a natural candy that we want to eat .don't eat sugar eat fruits don't eat cookies or cakes replace it with a juicy apple or other fruits .n last thing there is no way to make artificial things that replace natural becoz things that heals naturally r the best .
