Cleanliness plays a vital role in achieving anything physically, mentally and even spiritually. Everybody likes a man who himself remains clean and keeps his environment clean. It is especially very important for teenaged boys and girls. When puberty occurs, skin gets oily, face is attacked with pimples, etc. It is cleanliness that can help everybody to lead a healthy life. Taking a shower everyday will help you to get rid of dead skin, excessive oils and odors from the body. You should use soaps, shampoo, face wash etc.that suit your skin. So, we must keep our dress, body,home and environment neat and clean.

When the environment around us is clean, we are in a good mood .....We should not only keep the house clean but also help keep our surroundings i.e. our society clean like dumping garbage wherever...Our society can be polluted by us and again a beautiful environment can be created if we want...
