Dieting can be very frustrating and stressful for a lot of people and there are fun ways to actually lose fat and diet without cutting off your favorite chocolate bar or chips

Low calorie food

Eating less can be frustrating and everyone should be full when eating lunch or dinner, and a really good way to stay full while dieting is to eat low calorie food which are going to make you full and not hungry anymore and some types of food include green vegetables and peas along with green beans and lentils, chicken is a great source of protein and is actually low in calories as well as turkey bird's meat which is healthy and great for diet.

Food that are low in calories list:

Chicken, which is full of protein, a food that makes you full along with veggies on the side and is a great addition to your diet and is essential for a healthy life.

Turkey, which is also great for dieting and low in calories, recommended by dietitians and packs protein.

Greek yogurt/Arabic yogurt, which is a food with a little calorie amount, that can be eaten for fun or when you are hungry, great to keep you full and entertained if eaten as a snack too.

Hummus, which is chickpeas made into a pudding-like dish, usually eaten with bread and olive oil on top, but is a great addition to the dieting person, healthy and packs protein and vitamins and can be eaten with a spoon without oil and with a little bit of salt and cucumbers. Definitely a dip and eat snack or even lunch or dinner.

Salad, which can be any vegetable you like but preferably greens, add some tomatos and enjoy. Salads can be of many kinds such as Salad Russe but made in a diet way with no mayo, and Tabouleh which is a Lebanese salad made with tomato and parsley and bulgur, or Chickpeas salad. Healthy food for weigh loss.

Baked potato, is a food that you can enjoy if you love potatos and you don't want to eat french fries, so bake some potato's and keep track of your calories, with salt added to taste good, and some ketchup or tomato.

You can definitely eat a chocolate bar or a bag of chips of your favorite and do it on a daily basis but make sure to not overdo it as it will make you gain more calories per day. One chocolate bar or a chips bag with juice around 300 calories with veggies and salads around 1000 calories per day with a total of 1300 calories a day is enough to lose weigh without working out, but make sure to stay hydrated.

Working out

It is important to workout while dieting but I personally can safely tell you that you can diet without actually working out , well yes it will take more time to lose weight and you might not be as healthy as possible but it is still normal to diet without actually doing sports or working out or even running or walking , you can simply just do your average work or go to your job and just diet and you will lose weight slowly. If you are not losing weight and you have a job or school or university simply try going out walking or jogging, like that you can lose more calories by burning them, assuming you need at least 30 minutes per walk to reach your destination which is total of 1 hour per day.

For a healthier body, you can workout in the gym or at home by the help of a coach or by yourself on YouTube while following the video tutorials. Squats is great for legs and back and burning calories, while jumping rope is also a fun activity to do. If you don't want to actually work out you can simply learn your favorite sport and practice at home or outside such as boxing where you will be punching bags and shadow boxing which will also make you lose calories while learning a new skill.

Dieting is easy

If you really want to lose weight and you have a goal then dieting is really easy , all you have to do is have patience and do your diet correctly without skipping a day by cheating, because yes I know a lot of people might tell you that you can cheat once per week and it will not matter well yes it will not ruin your diet , but it will probably ruin your mentality and make you stop dieting and keep on going with cheat days, so unless you really have a strong will , do not use cheat days and put at least 2 months of Diet before having one cheat day and then again at least 2 months until you make it.

Do not lose weight very fast

Some people might make this mistake by wanting to lose weight as soon as possible so they start running a lot and using treadmills and dieting to the maximum while eating minimum calories , this will damage your body and will probably give you stretch marks in the end, but losing weight slowly might reduce the stretch marks and will keep you healthy and ready for your journey.

Just know for a fact that anyone can lose weight and we were not born fat, overweight or obese, so you can actually do it if you put the time and effort needed. Do not give up and go for a healthy life, it is totally worth it.

Diet is hard but with a good control or dietitian and strong mentality any person can do it.

Try to avoid cheat days guys, its just going to put you in your comfort zone.

Im literally dieting and i love eating junk food but im not going to gain weigh again. Dieting needs strong will to achieve or else you will go back to zero. I once lost 10 kgs then back to zero. Dedication is a must. Nice topic too.

Dieting without stopping your food is better and healthy for our self. so better don't stop eating there is many ways just like you mentioned we can loss weight without stopping our food on daily basis. excessing is best thing to loose.

Many people stop eating and they force their self faster loosing weight which is very harmful and effects on our health bad effects, so try to not stop eating and continue with the excersise.
