Hello everyone !I just want to share my own version of letche plan ..this is so good one the Filipino delicacies
10 PCs of eggyolk
Sugar for caramelized
Lemon or calamansi or dayap
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
Vanilla
Procedure:
Caramelized sugar on lannera add 2 tablespoon sugar on it ..set aside
Combine egg yolks, evap,condense, vanilla, lemon or calamansi mix well; strain for 3times
Steam for 50 to one hour
Enjoy!!!
