Materials:

  • Basmati / Polao rice - 1 kg

Method:

Method:

Marinate the boneless chickens with tikka ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

In a pan, lightly fry the marinated chicken with a little oil and fry for 3/4 minutes. Can't be too dry

Heat half the recipe butter in a nonstick pan for gravy.

Put onion paste in the butter and then mix ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder, cashew nuts and salt and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then cool the whole mixture a little and blend well in a blender.

The mixture must be sifted through a sieve because the gravy will be very smooth. Guess you will add a little mineral water if it is too thick.
