1.Chicken Roast
Ingredients: -
Chicken half an hour (6 pieces)
Ghee 2 tablespoons
2 cups of oil
One teaspoon of nutmeg paste
One teaspoon of Jayatri Bata
Two teaspoons of ginger paste
Garlic paste and a half teaspoons
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Half a tea-spoon of poppy seed paste
One tablespoon of raisins
5 potato bokhara
4 cardamoms
4 cinnamon
7-8 green chillies
One cup of sour yogurt
Onion paste 1/2 cup
2 teaspoons of sugar
Like the amount of salt
Beresta 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Method: -
Put oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add salt to the chicken pieces and fry them on low heat. Then pick up the fried chicken and put it on a plate. Now put another pan in the oven, put oil in the pan. When hot, add salt, ginger paste, onion paste, poppy seed paste, nutmeg paste, garlic paste, cinnamon, tokadai jayatri paste, cardamom, raisins, potato bokhara, salt and water and stir well for ten minutes. Then stir again with the fried chicken, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for a while. Open the lid of the pan and add lemon juice and sugar. Ghee should be given before unloading. When the oil rises, it should be taken down with a barista. This is how the chicken roast will be made.
2. Chicken Bread

Ingredients:
4 cups of flour
East 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
Powdered milk 2 tsp.
Kusum is like the amount of hot water
Oil 4 tsp
2 eggs (1 with yeast and the other for brushing on bread)
Sugar 1 tbsp.
One and a half teaspoon of salt
For chicken:
Onion finely chopped - 1 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
1 teaspoon of garlic paste.
Mix 3 tablespoons of corn flower in water
Soy sauce 3 tsp
A little sugar
Pepper Guru a little
Oil
Salt
Butter and salt after baking.
Procedure
-Make yeast by mixing all the ingredients together. Now put the yeast in an aluminum container, cover it and keep it in a warm place (next to the gas stove by lighting the fire) for 2-3 hours. You will see that the yeast will double in size.
-Heat oil and add onion. Sprinkle a little salt and fry the onion. When it becomes light and shiny, add ginger garlic paste and minced meat. Fry well with salt and soy sauce. Give a little water. When the water is dry and the minced meat is cooked, add corn flour, sugar and chilli powder. Put it down after frying.
-When the yeast doubles, take the moth again. Now divide the yeast into two equal parts. Sand the bread in rectangle shape with each part. Put 1 cup of meat in the middle of the bread. Cut like ribbons on both sides. Now take the ribbon from one side and put it on the pur and then bring the ribbon from the other side and put it on it. Fold like a beanie. Design like this with other parts. (See picture below)
- Now put light bread on the tray of the oven with light oil. Leave it on the stove for 1 hour.
-After 1 hour the swelling will double. Preheat the electric oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. When the breads have doubled in size, sprinkle egg yolk brush white sesame seeds on top and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
-When the bread is done, take it out of the oven and brush the butter on it for 2-3 minutes
Cover with a thick towel.
This will soften the breads.
3. Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
Minced chicken - 500 grams
Onion (cut) - 1
1 egg
6 slices of bread
Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil- for frying
Method:
Mix together the minced chicken, slices of bread, garlic, black pepper powder, salt and onion in a food processor. Take this mixture in a bowl and shape the nugget with 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Beat the eggs in another bowl and add water. Now take the bread crumbs in another pot. Now take the nuggets one by one and mix the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in turns. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes with a few nuggets, until golden brown. Enjoy fun chicken nuggets with tomato sauce.
4. Chili Chicken
Ingredients:
For Marinate --------------------
Boneless chicken (sliced) - 400 gms
Corn Flower - 3 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Chili powder - half a teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar or lemon juice - 1 tbsp
For gravy -----------------------
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Peel the onion and cut it into 4 pieces - 1/2 cup
Capsicum (cut into four corners) - 1/2 cup
Raw chilli powder - in quantity
Ginger, garlic cloves - 1 tbsp
Dark Soy sauce - 1 table
Red Chili Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Corn Flower - 1 tbsp
Chicken stock or water - like quantity
Salt and white pepper powder - like quantity
Method:
In a bowl, mix chicken meat, chilli powder, corn flour, soy sauce, salt, vinegar or lemon juice and let it marinate for a few minutes. Heat oil well in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces until golden.
In another pan, fry lightly browned with ginger and garlic in the same amount of oil. When it turns brown, add raw chilli powder, chopped onion and capsicum. Stir lightly with soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce. Now mix it well with the fried chicken pieces. Cover briefly with a little chicken stock or water.
Put 1 tablespoon of corn flower in a little water and give it to the chicken. Mix salt and white pepper powder and cover and cook for some time. Serve hot with fried rice or paratha when the gravy is smeared
