In ancient times, various masks were used in stage plays to enhance the character of a person. That is, an attempt was made to express the inner being of man through his mask. Everyone has seen the scene of potters making earthen pots in the traditional way. Rotating shy muddy earthenware mold touches the vase in a blink of an eye! That mold of a person's personality is also wrapped in a genetic predisposition. Specific types of normal personality of an adult develop from childhood to adolescence in the light of various experiences of daily activities of family, social and educational institutions. Much like the touch of a potter's artistic hand. Some of them are Rabindranath, and some of them are crazy Nazrul!

There is a mental illness due to which a person can live with about 100 isolated beings. This disease is called Dissociative Identity Disorder or Multiple Personality Disorder.

We have all felt isolated at some point in our lives. Maybe we got lost somewhere while talking or working, which we call daydreaming in costume. But Dissociative Identity Disorder is much more than a daydream, creating a disconnect between human thinking and other activities. This disease manifests more than one personality in a person. It could be an imaginary human being, an imaginary character, or even an animal in some people! Man loses himself in the midst of so many entities, he can no longer separate himself.
Those isolated entities control the patient and when he is in a normal state, he doesn't even think about his other entities, he thinks he was lost somewhere. This is called 'black out' in the language of psychology. There are more than two personalities in one person. The number can be about 1 to 100. Hence it is also called 'Multiple Personality Disorder'.

Symptoms

1. The patient tends to forget his personal information, which is usually not what he is supposed to forget.

2. The patient often feels detached from his body.

3. He has a tendency to commit suicide and a lot of frustration.

4. Mood swings are constant.

5. Sleep problems are seen, such as sleep deprivation, fear in sleep, walking in sleep, etc.

6.Instability, panic attacks and various types of phobias are seen; For example, remembering old memories and reacting to them.

7.Addiction to various drugs is seen.

8.Many times hallucinations are seen to occur.

Statistics show that only 0.01% to 1% of the general population is infected. The disease is more common in women. Looking at the isolation in depth, about 1-third of people say they feel they are watching their own movie! And about 8% of people think they have the disease without any diagnosis!

Who are the successful people?

Doubt is a part of our lives. This happens to us even if we don't want to doubt it. This is basically our problem. When the mind is too skeptical, it creates various problems in our life. Writing about the suspicion, John Poole said-

"Suspicious people will gradually become lonely."

This statement seems to fit perfectly with people suffering from paranoid personality disorder. People with this disorder are more likely to be suspicious without a reason. Not being able to trust someone, negative attitudes towards very trivial matters, negative evaluations based on conjecture, finding clues of conspiracy against him in everything etc. become their daily behavior.
Again, many are not at all concerned or interested in social media. He does not frown at anyone's praise or annoyance. Loneliness without friends seems to be his only companion. Suspicion is a kind of habit, as well as a major mental illness. The number of people suffering from this personality disorder is increasing day by day in our neighborhood. Here are some steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for mediation.

Realization

These traits of personality disorder are logically more or less present in each of us. But do we all suffer from personality disorder? The answer is no.
First of all, try to understand whether the doubt in your mind is just a suspicion (normal level), or whether the suspicion is crazy (illness). According to the current concept, these problems can be manifested when the normal development and functioning of the brain is disrupted as a result of the complex interaction of genes and personal experience. So realization is considered as the initial step in solving this problem.

Connection to reality

If you realize that you are really suffering then you have to find a way to solve it. Whatever comes to your subconscious mind, you have to match it with reality at least once. Do not doubt unnecessarily and do not add to the complexity of the relationship by asking dubious questions if there is no real evidence. Think about whether what you think actually exists at all. If there is specific practical evidence, then take a little longer. Try to understand the matter better. There can be no unreasonable suspicion unless there is precise practical evidence

 Regular meditation

Meditation is a type of mind exercise. It is a modern scientific and simple process of consciously relaxing the body mind and brain. Through meditation we concentrate the mind, take ourselves away from the hundreds of problems of daily life for a certain moment. It brings peace of mind, gradually increases focus on work, restores self-confidence. According to scientists, tension is the cause of 75% of mental and physical diseases. So if you meditate, you will easily get rid of 75% of mental and physical diseases. Personality disorder is also a psychological problem.

Use friendship

Share your problems with a close friend without constantly suffering from inferiority complex. People with personality disorders have fewer friends. They are very careful in choosing friends and because they are not very sociable, they make friends with less people. But with a small number of people who have friendships, intimacy with them is strong. If you still do not have a good answer or solution, seek refuge in a family member with whom you will feel a little lighter.

Physician's advice

The issue can be considered when these branches of personality constantly obstruct the normal way of life of the person. In that case, it is important to see a psychiatrist and follow a specific diet, information or advice. You can take various psychological therapies as per the advice of the doctor which will help you to overcome these disorders.
