Hello Read cash user, How are you all? Hopefully, all are fine but I am tensed about everyones mental and physical conditions. Here I am @Rahim420 again come back to give you some proper tips to get rid of mental and physical problem.
We are know that sound mind is a sound health. To keep this health fit and fresh with along mind we need to follow some rules daily. If you maintained like fits and starts way , you cant gain proper fitness. So here I come to give you some rules.
At first we need take balanced food, that means we need to take that much food that exactly need to keep our body fit and fresh.
Along with the food people needs to do exercise daily. It would be swimming, riding cycle or any kind of free hand and leg exercise.
After that we have to drink plenty of fresh water not alcoholic things. Because we all are know that water keeps our body strong and washes away all the germs of body and it also helpful for kidney. So we have to try drinking water daily atleast 7-8 glasses.
Cleanliness is the most important things to keep fresh.
One more things is most important, that we should brushes teeth twice in a day, one is after dinner and others is breakfast.
For the corona pandemic situation no needs to go outside to spend your leisure time on your friends. Because we all are know that's risky to be attacked by covid19, so don't do that please, stay your home and stay safe
So if we follow those above rules
We can keep fit our body and mind fresh
