There is no such thing as tomorrow, sleep like that

Your body is an instrument. An instrument of excellent complexity. Just as your computer cannot be turned on all the time, it needs to be rested, just as your body needs rest. Give yourself a restful sleep every night. Studies have shown that a good night's sleep removes all the toxins that accumulate in the brain throughout the day.
