Many times parents are employing their children in risky jobs due to scarcity. Again the uprooted children are tapping themselves at the urging of the stomach, being engaged in risky work. In some cases, they are also involved in various crimes. There are laws to protect children from such conditions, there are public-private and international charters and promises but these are not being kept. The leaders of the nation, the intellectuals, the civil society therefore need to pay special attention to this aspect. Unfortunately, a class of so-called intellectuals in our country are ignoring the issue of giving moral education to children. As a result, some unusual behaviors of children are also being observed.
The age of Path children in Bangladesh is 3 to 18 years and their number is about 20 lakh. Most of them have become street children as a result of family breakdown and almost all of these children are deprived of the light of education. Many of them are being sexually abused. They are unsafe on the way. About half of the total population in Bangladesh is children.
Of this huge number, about 6 lakh are street children of which 53% are boys and 47% are girls. They are not living a normal life. They have no home. Many do not have parents. A large part of these children are involved in various activities while living on the streets. Sometimes he is involved in various criminal activities. Some are getting intoxicated. They are also being used in various political activities. So to ensure the future of the child, they should refrain from all these activities.
The Child Rights Act states that the government will take special measures to protect the rights of a child if he or she is deprived of the family environment in special circumstances such as the death of a parent or the loss of a parent. In this case, the government will take alternative measures for family facilities or give this responsibility to any organization if necessary. But the cruel irony of fate is that they are the remnants of our society and no one has a headache with them. They are not even counted in the census. They do not get any benefits as citizens of the country. So these children grow up in careless neglect.
Thousands of children in this country are victims of carelessness, neglect, illiteracy and malnutrition. The future of these children, born into a family afflicted with extreme poverty, is bleak. The educational life of most children is falling apart before the boundaries of primary education are crossed. They are being involved in daily wage work with the parents of poor families. Again, children are joining any hotel, restaurant, bakery, householder's house, call factory. They are taking the helm of the world by driving rickshaws, pushcarts and vans. Some householders are busy raising cows and goats. Child marriage and superstition have gripped them for a long time.
Children born in the homes of those who try to fetch salt are growing malnourished, disrespectful and neglected. There are many families who are being pushed into various jobs to earn a living just when they learn to understand something after birth.

Children are being physically and mentally abused. Girl children are being raped. Children are being trafficked to different countries. The kidnapping is demanding huge amount of money from the child's family. It is often seen that the demanded money is being paid but the child is not getting his family back. We can't protest. Because we have no proof of it. Although any evidence is being found, it is being settled with money. But the future of today's child is already falling apart for some humanoid animals.
