Exercise is a crucial neighbourhood of a healthy lifestyle,contributing to the long existence and quality of life.A well organised fitness program contains strength training,endurance training ,aerobics,balance , core and flexibility training. Yoga along with other types of training like cardiovascular and strength makes an individual healthy in all aspects as well as it reduces stress.

Few years back,it was researched by Harvard School of Public Health that doing exercise on regular basis prevents people from many diseases including stroke ,diabetes,high blood pressure,certain cancers,heart diseases and osteoporosis.As people get older ,exercise keep them working and also protects them from falling,which would otherwise become harmful.One of the important advantage of exercise is to manage weight and its role in effective functioning of lung and heart.Exercising regularly also reduces depression and anxiety.

To cut a long story short , yoga is a form of meditation which distracts attention from all the other distractions so that we can focus carefully on our mind and soul. This helps in maintaining our spirits high and in this way we keep ourselves motivated in order to carry ourselves better !!
