My Backyard diaries ✨
Ever heard a well known saying "Health is wealth" ? This gives a large meaning to our life, as health is considered the most valuable and precious thing for every individual .The closer we are to nature the better off we'll be, the more we'll stay healthy.
Eating a variety of healthy natural foods helps to keep us in good health and to protect against chronic illnesses. Nature gets it right, but human intervention gets it wrong .
Green foods are one of the most amazing gifts of nature . Green foods vibrate with the frequency of nature and cultivate healing.
Well I am very lucky to have parents who take keen interest in planting flowers, fruits and vegetables. As soon as the season approaches, they start to prepare the land for cultivation. But unfortunately, I have a very hectic study schedule as being a medical student doesn't allow you to have enough free time for extra circular activities. However, no matter when I am on the loose, I prove to be a helping hand for them.
Since the beginning of this spring my parents and i have planted a variety of vegetable and floral plants in our backyard and front yard and some fruit trees which we planted 4 to 5 years back. Now it's the time of season for them to bear fruit. It has been a wholesome experience of ours. That's why i wanna share it here with you all...
