A delicious mix of mayonnaise, chicken, pepper and some veggies spread on the bread, all done at home in no time! This quick and easy dish is sure to be on your everyday breakfast menu.
Ingredients.
1 Cup chicken, boiled
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp pepper
2 nos bread
1 Capsicum
1 Lettuce
Method.
1) Shred small pieces of boiled chicken in a bowl.
2) Add mayonnaise and pepper to it.
3) Mix it thoroughly.
4) Take a slice of bread and spread the mixture on it.
5) Now chop capsicum and lettuce into small pieces.
6) Put them on the slice.
7) Put another slice on top of it and cut them into two.
8) Serve with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
