How to make noodles?

ind a "Kadai" (non-sticky, if you have one)... if you find more than one kadai... choose any one of them... place the kadai on the stove and put some water in it... How much? don't ask me... put how much ever you want(or phone your mom, but please don't call your girl friend, (if you have one)). Needless to say... you should turn on the gas(If you are under 18, please don't try this at home).

Allow the water in the kadai to get little warm... and in the mean time rip open the two packets of chicken flavoured maggi(in eStyle)... and put it inside the kadai... I know your mom didn't pick the call and yourgirl friend(s) mobile is busy (again, if you have one)... Ufff, now I have to explain how much water you need to put... add/remove water from the kadai, so that the whole of the maggi is soaked in the water... adding water is easy, but removing...? it's complicated.

If you have discovered two shiny little sachets inside the maggi and wondering what to do with this? you have to put this as well in the kadai(believe me!)... if you don't believe me, you can read the instructions given on the maggi wrapper(which also says you need to put 450 ml of water for each of this packet)... ok! ok! don't beat me... I could have said 450 ml at the begining... but how to measure 450 ml...? it will take two pages to explain... with all my experience I explained it in three lines(thank you)... The sachet contains the masala for the maggi(which has evolved over decades)... Note: you should cut the sachet and pour only masala inside the kadai... and throwaway the sachet's...

One more note: after adding water, the order in which you put the maggi and masala, doesn't really matter...

Now stirr the contents inside the kadai so that the masla from the sachet is uniformly concentrated/uniformly distributed in the water. As you can see the color of the maggi is very light... and it is not looking good as well... let's add some color to it... one of my room mate is a rajasthani (Sujata Shashi), she cooks really well, I have seen her putting soya sauce in pasta... let's add some soya sauce to the maggi... how much to add...? it's a tricky question to answer.... hmmm ok... it is a small bottle and looks like it is costly... so let's add very little... say four or five drops of it... and stirr a little bit... so that the every bit of maggi turns little dark/black in color...

Do you see any change in the smell("see?") inside the kitchen? if no then you have not added enough soya sauce... now put your nose near the kadai and take a deep breath... now you should be able to smell something...? isn't it... that's soya sauce. It's time for you to tell your neighbours that you are cooking... Let's add some smell to your maggi... open all the cupboards in the kitchen... and find any red color masala(Biryani, pani puri, chunky chat masala... Baadshaaaahhhh masala!). And again the big question is how much of red color masala to add? I don't want to take any risks on giving any suggestions on this... Feel free to add how much ever you want... If you find more than 1 masala's add all of them little bit... And finally you should be able to see a change in the smell("again see? smell?")...

Color and smell is in it's place... Let's try to add some taste... Let's add some chilly paste to it... red or green which ever is at home... you can add some pepper powder as well... and which ever you like the most... you already know the answer to the question "how much to add?"... anyways I will still answer your question... you can add how much ever you want... after all it's your maggi... and only you are going to eat it...

If you are not using the non-sticky kadai.... stirr the maggi every now and then or else it will be difficult for you to wash it... No food is complete without some salt in it... Add very little... if little more is required you can add it later...

BIG note: prepare this "dish" only when you are very hungry... because when you are very hungry... what ever you get to eat will be very tasty! and specially when you have prepared it...

Take out a beautiful looking plate and put the maggi in it... and enjoy!
